New Horizons is a Approved Provider of Adults Respite & Home Care Services. That has been established to support the development and delivery of sustainable local services for people with specials needs and their families.

Our aim is to ensure that people have a real choice of services offering unique solutions to each individual's requirements.

We aim to enable people to participate in their communities, and provide each individual accessing our services the opportunity to have their own unique experiences in life.

New Horizons Support Services offers a range of support packages for individuals and families who require social care. These services include supported holidays to and from Jersey, local support services including a sitting service, 1-1 community support, crisis & transition support, activity weeks/ sessions and Life skills training packages among others.

We aim to provide tailor made services that people can buy into to improve their quality of life.
